Ruth O’Sullivan, RNutr Nutritionist
Ruth O’Sullivan graduated from the University of Surrey with a BSc in Nutrition. She started her career at Leatherhead Food Research before moving to Brakes, Unilever then Starbucks. Ruth re-joined Brakes in April 2023 to drive Brakes nutrition strategy, provide nutritional support for customers, deliver nutrition training courses and is responsible for all company nutrition and health policies. Ruth is a Registered Nutritionist, was voted ‘Food Industry Nutritionist of the Year’ in 2021 by the Nutrition Graduate network and is also the secretary of the ‘Nutritionists in Industry’ group.
