For best results cook from frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only. If thawed, reduce cooking time accordingly. Always ensure that the food is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Oven Bake: Pre-heat oven to 190°C / Gas Mark 5. Place chicken breast fillets on a baking tray, cover with foil and bake near the centre of the oven for 20-25 minutes. Microwave: Place chicken breast fillets in a microwavable dish and cover with cling film. Reheat on fully power 800W for 3½ minutes. Cooking times vary dependant on microwave wattage and quantity microwaved. Thaw & Eat: Remove the chicken fillets from all packaging and place on a suitable plate and cover. Place into a refrigerator and defrost overnight or until fully defrosted.
