Multibuy - Terms and conditions

1. This offer is available to all independent and other repped customers of Sysco GB Ltd. trading as Brakes (“Brakes”) (and excluding National Accounts, Corporate Accounts and Buying Group Head Offices) aged 18 years or over with a valid Brakes trade account and who have been invited by Brakes to take part. Internet access is required, and data charges may apply.
2. Participants may qualify for the opportunity by purchasing multiple qualifying products (“Qualifying Products”) and receive a free product (“Multibuy Product”). Qualifying products shall appear on the Brakes website (www.brake.co.uk) and in other promotional material, showing:

a) the name, pack size and price of the Qualifying Product;

b) the number of Qualifying Products to be purchased to qualify;

c) the name, pack size and price of the Multibuy Product;

d) the dates during which the participant must order the Qualifying Products to qualify (“Promotional Period”).

The relevant number of Qualifying Products must be ordered and purchased in a single order via the Brakes website (www.brake.co.uk) during the Promotional Period and must be delivered within 14 days of being ordered.

3. If the participant purchases the relevant number of Qualifying Products during the relevant Promotional Period in a single order, the Multibuy Product shall be automatically added to the participant’s basket at no additional charge and which shall be added to the relevant order and invoice.
4. To participate, you must be the business owner or have the business owner’s permission. By placing the relevant qualifying order, you acknowledge this is for use only within your business. Brakes may request evidence of the business owner’s permission and, if requested, this must be provided to the satisfaction of Brakes. Brakes’s decision in this regard is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
5. Where a multibuy is for alcohol, the delivery shall be addressed to the business owner and delivered by Brakes to the business address and must be received and signed for on behalf of the qualifying business customer, by a representative with authority to do so. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure a representative over 18 years old is available to receive and sign for the prize.
6. This offer is only valid on the products and applicable Qualifying Products as advertised and shown and purchased at www.brake.co.uk and does not apply to any products purchased via Brakes Contact Centres or substitutions.
7. Sales will be measured on invoiced sales any returns or non-deliveries will not count. If any Qualifying Products are returned then the order no longer qualifies and you may be charged accordingly. Any returned Multibuy Products cannot be refunded on its own for money or credit.

9. All sales are subject to Brakes Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale at https://www.brake.co.uk/policies/terms-and-conditions.
10. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of the offer period shall not entitle eligible customers to any claims or compensations whatsoever against Brakes for any and all losses and/or damages suffered or incurred by the eligible customers as a direct or indirect result of the said act of cancellation, termination, suspension or extension.
11. Brakes shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liabilities whatsoever howsoever arising or suffered by the eligible customers resulting directly or indirectly from this offer.
12. Brakes reserves the right at any time to amend, delete or add to the offer terms and conditions contained herein, wholly or in part at its absolute discretion and without prior notice.
13. If any matters arising from this offer are not covered under the terms and conditions set out for this offer, they shall be determined solely by Brakes.
