How we use our Social Media Channels

We have a dedicated customer care team on hand between the business hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and we are constantly monitoring activity. We may not be able to reply individually or immediately to everything we receive. We strongly encourage you to contact our Customer Care team or your usual Sales Contact if your question or query is urgent. Following us does not automatically mean we will follow you back. If we do choose to follow you, it does not in any way imply endorsement.
