To qualify for an offer, customers must purchase the required quantity of qualifying products and receive delivery of those products within a single online order.

3. Eligible Products

The eligible products for each offer are listed in Clause 2 above.

4. Product Codes and Substitutions

This Promotion is valid only for the product codes specified above. Substitute products are excluded and will not count towards qualification for this Promotion.

5. Claiming Free Items

To claim a free item, you must be the business owner or have the business owner's permission. By claiming a free item, you confirm that it is intended solely for use within your business. Brakes may request evidence of the business owner's permission and, where requested, such evidence must be provided to Brakes' reasonable satisfaction. Brakes' decision regarding eligibility and qualification shall be final. Brakes will notify customers when they have qualified for a free item.

6. Qualifying Sales

Qualification will be based on invoiced sales only. Returns, cancelled orders, credits, non-deliveries, or partially fulfilled orders will not count towards qualification.

7. Delivery of Free Items

Free items will be delivered with the qualifying order wherever reasonably possible, or on the next available delivery following confirmation of qualification by Brakes.

8. Receipt of Free Items

Free items will be delivered to the qualifying business address in mainland Great Britain and must be received and signed for by a person authorised to accept deliveries on behalf of the business. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that an authorised representative aged 18 years or over is available to receive and sign for the delivery. Brakes reserves the right to refuse delivery where it is unable to verify eligibility or obtain a suitable signature on delivery.

9. Multiple Redemptions

Offers may be redeemed multiple times during the Promotion Period from 28 September 2026 to 19 December 2026, subject to Clauses 10 and 11.

10. Availability

All offers and free items are subject to availability and while stocks last.

12. Changes to the Promotion

Brakes reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, extend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time where reasonably necessary to do so. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension, extension, amendment, or termination of the Promotion shall not give rise to any claim for compensation against Brakes.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brakes shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising directly or indirectly from participation in this Promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

14. Amendments

Brakes reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, provided that any changes do not unfairly disadvantage participants who have already qualified under the Promotion.
