Feeding from a live list of Brakes products*, it highlights allergen, nutritional and carbon footprint information, offers bespoke label design functionality and, when combined with a recommended label printer offers an end-to-end recipe management, labelling, and printing solution to help you comply with the legislation and keep your customers safe.
‘Virtual Chef’ online also makes it easy to comply with the regulations on calorie labelling on menus and food labels. By creating accurate recipes with associated nutritional information post cooking, you can add calories to your menus and food displays to help comply and keep your customers informed.
Foodprint
An Environmental Impact scoring system tracks, manages, and publishes water & carbon impact for menus. It integrates carbon and water data with nutritional, allergen, and margin information to promote sustainability in recipe development.
