Jude's Chocolate Guinness Ice Cream
Made with fresh cream and milk, folded with brownie pieces, and finished with the roasted notes of Guinness' legendary stout. This deep and rounded flavour is an ode to the timeless Guinness cake.
Ingredients:
fresh whole milk, sugar, fresh double cream (milk), Guinness stout (7%) (malted barley, roasted barley), brownie pieces (6%) [brown sugar, wheat flour, fat-reduced cocoa powder (alkalised), rapeseed oil, invert sugar syrup, natural flavouring, salt], skimmed milk powder, chocolate powder (3%) (sugar, cocoa mass, fat-reduced cocoa powder, natural vanilla flavouring), fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (locust bean gum, guar gum), natural flavouring [colour (ammonia caramel), barley].
