Portico Classic Atlantic MSC Haddock Loins
M&J MSC Haddock Loins skinless and boneless 140-170g are cut from the thick portion of the fillet behind the head and above the backbone. This yields uniform portions that cook evenly and are thick enough to remain moist and tasty once cooked. Haddock has a slightly sweet, delicate taste and is easy to cook following the basic rules; don’t overcook it or it will become dry and don’t over season as this will hide the delicate taste.
