Jersey Royals are a uniquely creamy and nutty new potato. In season from May to July, they have been grown exclusively on the island of Jersey since the late 1800s and have ‘Designated Origin UK Protected’ status. Great for salads, keep as much of their flaky skins in tact for maximum taste.
