Chocolate, Orange Marshmallow Mousse

Ingredients:
- Brakes Mini White Marshmallows (150g)
- Brakes Unsalted Butter (50g)
- Callebaut Dark Chocolate Callets (250g)
- Wholesome Farms Fresh British Double Cream (284ml)
- Large Oranges (288g)
- Tap Water (60ml)
Preparation:
- Zest and juice orange.
Method:
- Add chocolate, butter, water and marshmallow to a bowl and melt over a baie marie.
- Once melted allow to cool slightly.
- Whip the cream to soft peak with orange zest and juice and fold the melted chocolate mix in.
- Poor into desired pot and chill to set before serving.
