Chocolate, Orange Marshmallow Mousse

Serves 10

Ingredients:

  • Brakes Mini White Marshmallows (150g)
  • Brakes Unsalted Butter (50g)
  • Callebaut Dark Chocolate Callets (250g)
  • Wholesome Farms Fresh British Double Cream (284ml)
  • Large Oranges (288g)
  • Tap Water (60ml)

Preparation:

  • Zest and juice orange.

Method:

  • Add chocolate, butter, water and marshmallow to a bowl and melt over a baie marie.
  • Once melted allow to cool slightly.
  • Whip the cream to soft peak with orange zest and juice and fold the melted chocolate mix in.
  • Poor into desired pot and chill to set before serving.
