Mac & Cheese With Pulled Ham Hock & Chutney

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • Macaroni Cheese (220g)
  • Sysco Classic Pulled Ham Hock (75g)
  • Brakes Caramelised Red Onion Chutney (40g)
  • Classic Grated Mature White Cheddar Cheese (20g)

Preparation:

  • Thaw the macaroni & ham hock

Method:

  • In a bowl combine the macaroni, ham & chutney, transfer to an ovenproof dish.

Scatter Over The Cheese:

  • Bake in a pre heated oven at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes.
