1) The “money back guarantee” offer is open to independent customers of Brakes and Woodward on their purchase of fresh produce only. 2) In order to apply for the refund you must contact Brakes within 24 hours of taking delivery of the product with proof of purchase in the form of your invoice number. 3) If your claim is accepted by Brakes, the refund shall be in the form of a credit note. 4) Brakes shall monitor the frequency and value of returns and reserves the right to refuse a refund at its sole discretion and may request further information about the reason for requesting your money back. 5) Brakes reserves the right to collect the product(s) or to require the product(s) to be destroyed or disposed of at your expense. 6) Brakes accepts no responsibility if customers are unable to contact Brakes within the stated time or for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed emails whether or not due to technical difficulties or malfunctions. Any such emails will be void. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. 7) Brakes decision as to qualification for the offer is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 8) There is no cash or other product alternative to the stated offer. 9) Brakes reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time. 10) Brakes standard terms and conditions of sale from time to time in force will apply to all orders.
