Hybu Cig Cymru (Welsh Lamb PGI)

The environment in which livestock are bred plays an extremely important part in producing this succulent, sweet and tender meat. Welsh lamb is produced on the lush green pastures of the hills and valleys. A temperate climate, the mineral rich soils and unspoilt environment go hand in hand to produce lamb of the highest quality.

This legendary product is recognised worldwide and benefits from a good colour and sweet succulent flavour.
