New processes, making sure everything from picking, to packing and final paperwork, is more accurate
A new depot layout means the vast majority of lines are now held locally, so products are stocked and ready to order, with products then scanned into the warehouse using barcode scanning technology, then scanned onto your order (at which point your paperwork is generated), and finally scanned onto the lorry, ensuring utmost accuracy
