Frozen unbaked Vol au Vent - 6cm Pre-heat oven to 220*C/425*F/Gas Mark 7, Place frozen vol-au-vent on a baking sheet 1cm (1/2") apart and carefully glaze the rim only with beaten egg or milk. To control the rise, cook the vol au vent with baking paper on top. Place tray in top half of oven. after 8 minutes turn tray around and continue baking for a further 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Perfect for both savoury and sweet fillings!
