At The Bread Factory, we’ve been at the heart of the food industry for over 30 years, working hand-in-hand with chefs and partners who share our passion for exceptional quality baked goods. Sourdoughs

We bake over 50,000 sourdough loaves daily, with a selection made using Wildfarmed flour to support regenerative farming. Naturally fermented for exceptional flavour, our sourdough delivers on both craft and sustainability.

Table breads

Our classic sourdough recipes, crafted into the perfect table bread format. Available in white and seeded varieties, each hand-shaped boule has a beautifully rustic look and a flavour to match—crusty on the outside, soft within.

Burger buns

We bake burger buns with craft and care, including a Wildfarmed range that champions regenerative farming. Soft yet robust, they hold up to any filling—locking in all the juices for the perfect bite, every time.
