World Cup Fever – down under!
The stage is set for what looks like a thrilling tournament where the USA will be looking to defend their win in 2019, our Lionesses will be starting their bid to win on 22nd July when they play Haiti.
The games start early and run through the morning with some during lunch, giving you a great opportunity to set up a World Cup viewing area and offer breakfast, brunch, and lunch options to keep your customers happy.

Start planning your menus around the games by checking the BBC schedule of play, offer two dishes on your lunch menu that you can then change their names for a bit of fun, why not have Chinese Noodle Salad v British Cheddar & Tomato Salad for our match on 1st August or Classic Smorrebrod (open sandwiches) v The English Ploughman’s for our match on 28th July. Our La Bo Rye bread is perfect for open sandwiches along with our Part Baked Sourdough Baguette for the Ploughman’s, and check out our Prawns, time saving Hard Boiled Eggs, delicious Smoked Salmon, Cheddar Cheese, Chutney, and Cottage Cheese.

You can also have great fun with your hot drinks menu by naming your teas and coffees after the players, create some specials using flavoured syrups, ice-cold coffees using our fresh British milk, or dairy free alternatives.
