The sweet biscuits are made from Organic all butter recipes and contain no palm oil, hydrogenated fat, artificial colours or flavours. Island Bakery is the World’s first bakery to bake biscuits heated from sustainably sourced wood chips, as well as that the electricity is generated by a nearby stream and wind turbine.
