OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: Wrap in lightly greased foil and place on a baking tray in a preheated fan assisted oven at 200°C Gas Mark 7 for approximately 30 minutes.
Microwave Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: For best results, place a single omelette on a plate and cover with cling film. Microwave on a high setting in a 1.8kw oven for approximately 1 minute and 40 seconds.
