Handling instructions
Remove from outer packaging. Allow to defrost at ambient temperature for approximately 5 to 6 hours. Once defrosted store ambient and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Optional - once defrosted, place onto a microwaveable plate/bowl, then using an 1800 watt microwave heat on full power for 15-20 seconds, ensuring that the centre of the product is completely re-heated through.
