Remove the required amount from the outer case. Allow to defrost at ambient temperature for approximately 90-120 minutes. Shelf life once defrosted 24 hours at <8°C It is the retailer's responsibility to ensure the correct 'Best Before date' is applied once defrosted.Cooking instructions
