HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from outer packaging. Do not remove product from the wrapping. Allow to defrost at ambient temperature for approximately 2 to 3 hours. Once defrosted store in a sealed bag in a cool ambient dry place away from direct sunlight. Shelf life once defrosted 7 days Do not refreeze after thawing.Nutrition
