Handling instructions

HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from outer packaging. Allow to defrost at ambient temperature for approximately 2 to 3 hours. Once defrosted, re-cut around the portions with a sharp knife. Remove portions gently from the tray, ideally using a flat cake slice. Once defrosted store in a cool place in an airtight container. Shelf life once defrosted 5 days Do not refreeze after thawing.
