Baignes UHT Dairy Whipping Cream 35% Fat
The 35% fat UHT sterilized whipping cream is obtained by skimming selected full cream. After standardization of the fat content, the fresh cream is then sterilized at Ultra High Temperature, with a stabilizer and an emulsifier. This cream is ideal for whipping (previously stored at 4°C-6°C) and has a creamy texture and a delicious full cream taste. Ideal for all types of preparations: sauces, desserts, toppings … Benefits : • Excellent whipping properties on all types of machines, including whipped Cream machines • Whipped cream that stays firm and stable on time • A creamy texture with a full cream flavor • Good stability for cooking
