Handling instructions

DEFROST GUIDELINES Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 4 - 5 hours. Alternatively remove individual portions and allow to defrost in a refrigerator for approximately 1- 2 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
