Caputo Integrale Flour
Caputo Integrale is an Italian whole-wheat flour. It is made by grinding the whole wheat grain, including the bran and germ. The result is a versatile wholegrain flour that is rich in fibre. You can also use the flour to make wholewheat crackers to serve with cheese and pâté. This Italian flour creates dough with excellent elasticity.
