Ensure ingredients of the pack are thoroughly mixed before taking out the amount required, as settling may occur during transit. FOR PART USE OF TUB – TO MAKE ONE LITRE Measure out approximately 200g (7oz) of Curry Sauce Mix. Mix with 1 litre of cold water. Bring to the boil stirring continuously and simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. TO USE THE WHOLE TUB Mix the contents to a smooth paste with 3 litres of cold water. Mix into 9 litres of boiling water. Bring back to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes approximately 12.75 litres.
