Ensure ingredients of the pack are thoroughly mixed before taking out the amount required, as settling may occur during transit. FOR PART USE OF TUB - TO MAKE ONE LITRE Measure out approx 60g of Gravy mix. Mix with 1 litre (approx 1 3/4 pints) of cold water. Bring to boil stirring continuously and simmer for 60 seconds stirring continuously. TO USE THE WHOLE TUB Mix the contents to a smooth paste with 5 litres (approx 8 3/4 pints) of cold water. Mix into 33 litres (approx 58 pints) of boiling water. Bring back to boil and simmer for 60 seconds, stirring occasionally. Makes approx 39 litres (68 1/2 pints).
