MAGGI Professional Demi-Glace Sauce Mix is a powdered mix for preparing a rich brown demi-glace sauce. Prepare the demi-glace sauce with water following the on-pack instructions, then serve it as a sauce or use it as a base for other brown sauces. Use demi-glace sauce in pies, stews, casseroles, braised dishes, mushroom sauces and peppercorn sauces.
