COOKING GUIDELINES: Allow 75g raw rice per person. Rinse rice in cold water. Bring large pan of water to the boil. Add the rice to the pan. Simmer for 15–18 minutes. Once cooked, remove from heat and drain well. Ensure rice is piping hot & flu- with a fork before serving. Cooking times may vary. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
