Wash rice in cold water. 50g add at least 750ml cold water /1kg add at least 2.5ltr of cold water to a large pan and bring to boil. Add the rice, reduce heat and continue to simmer for 15-17 minutes until cooked. Drain through a sieve. Fluff it up with a fork and serve. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A GUIDELINE AS COOKING APPLIANCES MAY VARY.
