Cooked dressed crab comprised of a natural proportion blend of 110g minced brown meat and 60g white meat comprised of claw, leg and purse meat from the brown crab (Cancer Pagurus). The white meat is creamy to beige in colour and is a mixture of smooth and flaky meat textures with larger pieces of claw meat throughout. The brown meat visible at the edges of the shell can be light brown to deep orange/ brown in colour with flecks of redness from the roe. The brown meat is thicker in texture and is similar to a coarse pate texture. Product has a fresh 'hint of the sea' aroma and flavour.
