Cooking instructions
Oven cook From Frozen: 15 mins to oven baked 220ºC/ Fan 200ºC Gas Mark 7.Pre-heat the oven.Remove all packaging.Place product on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
Grill From Frozen: 8-10 mins to grill - medium heat.Pre-heat the grill pan on a medium heat setting.Remove all packaging.Place product on to the base of the grill pan and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Deep Fry From Frozen: 4 mins to deep fry.Pre-heat the oil 180ºC.Remove all packaging.Gently lower product into the hot oil and cook for 4-5 minutes.Do not over fill the fryer.

Gently add product and cook for 6 minutes, turning occasionally. 8-10 mins to grill – medium heat • Pre-heat the grill pan on a medium heat setting. • Remove all packaging. • Place product on to the base of the grill pan and cook for 8-10 minutes. Turning occasionally.
