Preparation
- Slice the spring onions and chillies
Method
1. Place the chicken strips in a deep fat fryer at 180 C and cook for 2-3mins - drain
2. Meanwhile put the corn in an oven at 180 C for 2mins
3. Spoon the corn onto a plate then top with the crispy chicken
4. Drizzle over the ranch dressing
5. Finish with the sliced spring onions and chillies - serve!
