Preheat oven and baking tray to 220°C, Fan 200°C/Gas 7. Cook on the middle shelf. Check product is piping hot before serving. Once cooked, stir in a cold sauce of your choice.

Deep Fry from frozen. Preheat the oil to 170°C. Place pieces into the fryer. Cook for 4-5 min. Drain well.
