Handling instructions
Remove from outer packaging. Remove film wrap Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 24 hours.

Cook throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement). Cooking times may vary.

OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Remove from outer packaging. Remove film wrap. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 190°C/Gas mark 5 for approximately 35-40 minutes. For fan assisted ovens adjust times accordingly. Allow to stand for 5-10 minute(s). OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from outer packaging. Remove film wrap. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 190°C/Gas mark 5 for approximately 45-50 minutes. For fan assisted ovens adjust times accordingly.
