Cook throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement). Cooking times may vary. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.

Oven Cooking Instructions
OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from outer packaging. Place product on a baking tray allowing 4-5 cm of space around each product, place in the middle of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 180°C/ Gas mark 4 for approximately 30-35 minutes. or until golden brown. If displaying hot this product must be transferred immediately to a pre-heated display that will maintain a core temperature of +63ºC or higher. Shelf life once baked: Hot - 4 hours.
