To enhance the characteristics of the product we recommend heating in the oven before cutting. Preheat the oven to 220° - 250° C and place the product on the grill median in a hot oven for 3-4 minutes. Cut the puccia as a sandwich or split in half and stuff 'in the pocket' with favorite ingredients. We do not recommend the use of the microwave oven.
