A favourite with chefs, the stronger marbling of Ribeye makes this roasting joint one of the most succulent available while also being extremely full of flavour. Cut from the Rib of Beef, the bones and external fat are then expertly removed by our in-house butchers. Campbells Gold is our premium range of dry aged grass-fed beef from quality Scottish farms recognised for high standards of animal welfare by Quality Meat Scotland. Our head butcher has personally hand-picked and dry-aged this meat, keeping a keen eye on its progress every day. Using only traditional methods, the beef has been dry-aged on the bone for at least 21 days.
