Campbells Gold is our premium range of dry age grass fed beef from quality Scottish farms recognised for high standards of animal welfare by Quality Meat Scotland. Our head butcher has personally hand-picked and dry-aged this meat, keeping a keen eye on its progress every day. Using only traditional methods, the beef has been dry-aged on the bone for at least 21 days.
