Pan Fry Instructions
Fry: Place in a pre-heated frying pan. Cook over a low to medium heat for approximately 8 minutes and until evenly brown in colour, turning frequently throughout cooking.
Grill Instructions
Grill: Remove from packaging. Place under a pre-heated grill at a low to medium heat for approximately 10-12 minutes turning occasionally during cooking
