Handling instructions
Allow to defrost at ambient temperature for approximately 60 minutes. Do not refreeze after thawing. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 3 hours.
Food Safety Tips
This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement). Cooking times may vary. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.

OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from packaging. Place product on a baking tray in a centre of pre-heated fan assisted oven at 210°C/ Gas mark 7 for approximately 22 minutes.
Pan Fry Instructions
SHALLOW FRYING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from packaging. Fry in hot oil for 20 to 22 minutes, turning occasionally during cooking.
Grill Instructions
GRILLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from packaging. Place under pre-heated grill at a medium to high heat for 20 to 22 minutes turning occasionally during cooking. GRILLING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST: Remove from packaging. Place under pre-heated grill at a medium to high heat for 15 to 18 minutes turning occasionally during cooking.
