Cooking times may vary.DEFROST: Allow to thaw in a refrigerator until fully defrosted.MICROWAVE: Place 250g of roasted chicken breast strips on a non metallic plate and cover with microwave cling film. Heat on full power for 2 mins , remove film, turn product over. Recover and heat further 1 minute.CHECK FOOD IS PIPPING HOT THROUGHOUT BEFORE SERVING.
