Cut to cheese-board-portion size. Pale grey-coloured with an edible white rind, Brie is a soft cow's milk cheese with a rich and creamy texture and mild flavour. It originates from the region of the same name in the north of France, and is ideal served on cheese boards or in sandwiches and paninis.
