Handling instructions
HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove all packaging and allow to defrost in a refrigerator for approximately 8 hours. Alternatively remove individual portions and allow to defrost in a refrigerator for approximately 2-3 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.

To Serve warm: Remove required number of frozen portions from packaging. Microwave portion on a high setting in a 1.3kW oven for approximately 20 seconds, allow to stand for 1 minute.
