Portico Classic Medium MSC Cod Tail Fillets (skinless, boneless)
Delivered individually frozen and skinless and boneless to minimise waste and save on preparation time. The cod is from MSC-certified fisheries for added sustainability peace of mind. Cod has a low-fat and delicately flaky flesh, and is perfect for pan-frying to serve centre of plate, or deep-frying for traditional fish and chips. White fish is generally mild in taste and firm but flaky in texture when cooked. It's great for baking, steaming, broiling or frying.
