Butterfly filleted herring, naturally dyed and cold smoked over beechwood. Each case contains 25 individual packs each containing one butterfly fillet weighing 85-140g. Once defrosted the fillets are ready to be cooked. Under chilled conditions and unopened , each pack has a shelf life of 10 days after defrost.

Handling instructions
Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 4 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
Food Safety Tips
This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).This product contains bones.

MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM DEFROSTDo not pierce pouch.Place on a non metallic plate.Cook on full power for 3 1/2 minutes (750w) or 3 minutes (850w).

COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST:Place in boiling water and simmer for 12 minutes
