Crispy vegetables, shredded “duckless duck” & rice noodles in a delicious Vietnamese style dressing

Preparation:

  1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water - drain
  2. Make a dressing with the honey, miso base, basil oil and the juice of half the lime
  3. Slice the chillies Slice the spring onion
  4. Mix Asian slaw noodles and dressing
  5. Pan fry Squeaky bean "duck" without oil in a non-stick pan
  6. Pre-stage service pots with noodles and duck
