Cook from frozen. OVEN (200°C/GAS 6): Pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray in pre-heated oven, middle shelf and cook for 25 minutes. Stir thoroughly and cook for a further 10-15 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. MICROWAVE (1800W): Place tray on a microwaveable dish, pierce film lid several times and cook on full power for 4 minutes. Stir and stand for 1 minute, then cook for a further 1 minute. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
