Cook from frozen on a lined baking tray. Place grills in a single layer (18 grills per gastronome tray) and cook in a pre-heated dry oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. As ovens vary it may be necessary to amend the cooking time. Ensure product reaches a minimum core temperature of 75°C (or to national standards) before consumption. If storing in a hot cupboard, keep covered to prevent drying out.
